Sara Kapushinsky, BS
Sara, a Masters level counseling intern, is studying Mental Health Counseling at Webster University. Sara cares deeply about assisting people in learning how to effectively cope with their mental and emotional struggles. As a former elementary school teacher, Sara understands the worries and fears of both children and parents. Sara allows her clients to feel heard and safe while exploring their emotions and navigating their personal path toward contentment.
Sara provides individual and family therapy. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other strategies to assist her clients in addressing anxiety, depression, stress, parenting concerns, and relationship concerns.
