Do you wake every morning with an overwhelming sense of anxiety or depression, but desire greater peace and freedom in your life? Are you in a troubled relationship and are unsure of the direction you should take? Are you struggling to overcome negative thoughts and emotions regarding a traumatic event?

“No one is more deserving of grace than you.”
    – Candra James

No one wants to live day to day in emotional pain. Some people do not express their pain because they do not want to make others aware of their struggle. Others may be open to sharing their struggle but are still unsure of how to make the pain go away. As your therapist, I will assist you in identifying the root cause of your emotional disturbances and provide you with the necessary tools for your journey to healing. I will guide you through your relational issues and provide you with much support. In our work together, we will identify the disturbances, explore meaning, and employ effective coping strategies to overcome obstacles.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have provided individual, family, and group therapy to those seeking understanding, resolutions, and new perspectives. My therapeutic approach is tailored to the needs of the client. I am trained to provide evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as other techniques. Together, we will find meaningful resolutions and achieve a sense of peace and clarity in your life.

My goal as your therapist is to provide you with the tools you need to begin the process of change. Do not put off hope and healing until tomorrow. Join me today in a collaborative, trusting, and judgment-free partnership.
