Rates

Out-of-pocket rates vary dependent upon the chosen provider.
$125-$135 per 55-minute individual psychotherapy session.
$140-$150 per 55 to 75-minute family psychotherapy session.
$140-$150 per 75-minute couples psychotherapy session (private pay only, no insurance submission).
$65 per 55-minute individual psychotherapy session with counseling intern (private pay only, no insurance submission).

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Out-of-Network Clients

We have partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits when necessary to save money on therapy. Use this tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services if we do not accept your insurance.

Payment

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly via the client portal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled session time. Otherwise, you may be charged $80 or the full rate of the session. Insurance does not cover missed appointments.
