Tierra Burch, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), has devoted herself to fostering a secure therapeutic environment. Tierra finds joy in witnessing the growth and development of her family as well as others. In her past role as a foster care case manager, she provided support to individuals navigating mental health challenges, with a strong focus on empowering those seeking help.
Tierra provides individual, couples, and family therapy. Your therapist skillfully weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to assist individuals in addressing anxiety, depression, stress, etc. Family therapy and parenting support will facilitate open communication, conflict resolution, and an understanding among family members.

Session Rates:
$125 per individual session
$140 per couples/family session

**Superbills can be provided if you would like to utilize your out-of-network benefits. We also utilize Mentaya, which helps clients receive reimbursement for their out-of-pocket expenses.
**Tierra accepts all major credit cards, cash, and health savings accounts (HSA/FSA) for payment.
